Donald "Donnie" Patrick Jungels passed away surrounded by family on the morning of March 20, 2025. Donnie was born on November 14, 1969 in Aurora, IL and graduated from East Aurora High School in 1988. He became an electrician and was a member of IBEW Local 461. An avid sports enthusiast and a Chicago Bears and White Sox fanatic, Donnie immersed himself in the baseball community. He played for the Waubonsee Chiefs and was associated with the Boys Baseball of Aurora for 39 years as a player, coach, and board member. Known as Coach, Donnie's true passion was mentoring the youth and coaching for Jungels Electric, Aurora Starz as well as several others. Well known for sharing his love of haunted houses with his neighborhood community, Donnie also enjoyed spending time with family and soaking up the sun. Donnie prided himself in always initiating a greeting and making a friend wherever he went, insuring everyone felt included.
